Guilt Free Summertime Sweets

So I'm deciding to bring a different aspect to The Skyblues & wanted to share a simple healthy breakfast recipe. As we all know, summer is right around the corner which means soaking up the sun and laying in bikinis all day! Breakfast is my favorite meal, so I decided to incorporate "Guilt Free Low-Carb Protein Pancakes" into my mornings which still satisfies my love for sweet treats. Below are all the ingredients you need, as well as how to make these delicious pancakes for those breakfast cravings while slipping into your bikini 👙☀️🍩

What you'll need:
- 1 scoop of whey protein (Shredz brand recommended, but any whey will work)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup liquid egg-whites
* you may also add in berries to the batter if you wish

- Sugar free syrup
- Peanut butter (optional)

How to make:
- Combine all three ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until you make a thick batter
- Spray pan with coconut oil Pam spray (or any non stick spray you have)
- Pour batter into pan & cook each side until golden brown
- Top with PB and syrup & Voila!!
